90-92p/Tanzer, 89p/Spectator, 16,5/20p -Jancis Robinson. Flot vin i topår fra topdomæne! Amadieu laver blot 24.000 fl. årligt fra fætters vingård, som de passer og plejer med vanlig omhu. Ganske tæt på Gigondas, men i blødere stil. Intens duft og lang afrundet smag. Vinen får malolaktisk gæring og lagrer 9 måneder på små egefade. Amadieu er under unge Pierre (3.generation) i absolut topform med superb vin fra vingårde i Gigondas og Vacqueyras. 90-92p/Tanzer: "Lively red fruits and minerals on the nose, with hints of white pepper, potpourri and allspice adding complexity. Nervy, focused strawberry and raspberry flavors give way to a deeper cherry quality with air. A silky and seamless wine with excellent finishing thrust and lingering spiciness". 16,5p/Jancis Robinson: "Attractive easy sweetness. Medium bodied. Super friendly. The fruit definitely triumphs over the tannins (which are there actually, only very much in the background). Nicely made wine for the short to medium term. A hint of maraschino".
